About Me

I offer psychotherapy, counselling and emotional support working with individuals and couples.  I use Transactional Analysis (TA) to explore what is happening with people in their lives.  My aim is to provide a safe, confidential and contained environment for people to understand what is happening for them.

Transactional Analysis can be used as a cognitive-behavioural approach and a more relational approach with clients; it can help people gain an awareness and understanding of their patterns of behaviour.

The philosophy of TA underpins my work.

People are OK.

Everyone has the capacity to think.

People decide their own destiny and these decisions can be changed.

I work with clients on a short term and long term basis, in person or via Skype (individuals) and am able to work in both English and British Sign Language.
