Existential psychotherapistAbout Me
Finding a therapist can be daunting, and I encourage you to have a look at my website (www.gbtherapy.co.uk) to find out a little more about me and how I work. I am an existential therapist working in London (Battersea & Pimlico) and online. I aim to create an environment where you can explore your situation without judgement or comparison. I see clients for short term (6-12 weeks) or longer term (3+ months) therapy.

Training and qualifications
I trained at the NSPC, and although my main training is existential-phenomenological, I have also trained and worked in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is a modern form of CBT. I have worked in the NHS, seeing clients for short term therapy for wide ranging issues, as well as a specialist focus on chronic pain at St Thomas’ Hospital, London. Alongside this I see clients for longer term therapy at MIND.
Before becoming a therapist I gained honours degrees in Philosophy at Edinburgh University, and then Psychology at the University of Westminster.
I am a registered member of the UKCP and BACP.
