By working together, we can help you make those important and lasting changes you desire through a combination of approaches derived from some of the main range of psychotherapeutic disciplines such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness & Meditation, Person Centered Cousnselling & Positive Psychology.

enables me to work with clients in an empathic and warm way with confidentiality being an overriding consideration.

My fee is £75.00 per 50 minute session, Mon-Friday – Payable online or cash at the end of each session.
First sessions are paid in advance.
My therapy room is warm, professional & comfortable, and a place you can expect confidentiality.
I take appointments from:
Monday 9:30 am – 6.00 pm
Tuesday 9:30 am – 6.00 pm
Wednesday 9:30 am – 9:00 pm
Thursday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
