Are you feeling overwhelmed and like you need some support? We all have times in our lives where we need to get help! I offer both face to face sessions in my consulting room and sessions on-line where I use Skype, Instant Messaging and email. I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience of working with clients on a wide range of issues including:

- Empathy to see the world from your point of view without judgement
- Honesty in our work together
I don’t and won’t judge you or tell you what to do but I will give you all the time and space you need, to build the trust required, to share with me, and to find the way forward that is uniquely best for you.
