About Me

Are you feeling overwhelmed and like you need some support? We all have times in our lives where we need to get help! I offer both face to face sessions in my consulting room and sessions on-line where I use Skype, Instant Messaging and email. Let's see if we can work together to untangle things and find a way forward for you.

I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience of working with clients on a wide range of issues including:

anxiety
relationship issues
loss & bereavement
eating disorders
sexuality
addiction
family issues
work related stress
and long-term illness.

The therapy I work with is called Person-Centred counselling. It is client led which means we only talk about what you wish to bring to each session and at your own pace.

In our work together I promise to offer you:

  • Respect for you as an individual with the power to change
  • Empathy to see the world from your point of view without judgement
  • Honesty in our work together

I don’t and won’t judge you or tell you what to do but I will give you all the time and space you need, to build the trust required, to share with me, and to find the way forward that is uniquely best for you.

What to expect:

I offer a FREE initial consultation by telephone to enable us to discuss your needs and any fears or questions you may have.

My main consulting room is in Warrington but appointments can be made at various locations throughout Cheshire on we can talk On Line via secure Instant message or video chat or by telephone.
