I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist working from my own therapy room in Basingstoke, Hants. My aim is to help my clients gain their full potential and realise their goals in a relaxing and comfortable environment. I can offer an environment in which you can express your feelings and gain a deeper insight into your difficulties. We will focus on your journey, and not follow a plan set by me. I will listen to what matters to you and try to help you to understand your thoughts and feelings better and make sense of the situation you are in. I offer short term and open ended counselling for most difficulties but really enjoy working with anxiety, stress, depression and low self-esteem.
