About Me

If you are looking for a safe confidential space to explore difficult emotions and you are interested in using a creative model of therapy to explore them please get in touch. I have worked with individuals and groups in the NHS and at my private practice for over 15 years.
I am an art psychotherapist and I encourage my clients to explore their problems and emotions by using art materials, this enables positive change and personal growth through a confidential and facilitating environment. I welcome clients to have an initial session of therapy to meet with me so we can discuss the types of issues that are of concern.
Please get in touch to have an initial conversation and how the therapy sessions will work. I can offer brief sessions or long term. I prefer to discuss fees on an individual basis. I charge a variety of rates, depending on personal situation and frequency of sessions.
