Psychodynamic counsellorAbout Me
Psychotherapy offers a unique space in which you can explore yourself during a moment in life that can feel confusing, overwhelming, hurtful or unsatisfying. In such moments, it can be helpful to introduce a space where you can hear and observe yourself in a different way.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy can help you to make sense of your current situation by considering the entirety of your past and present experience. I will listen to you in a specific way that privileges occurrences in your speech which can point us to unconscious wishes and beliefs. This approach can help you to gain more self-awareness, liberation and choice.
My role is to hold and protect this space for you, and to offer my professional experience in a way that supports you to create your own solutions. I will be fully dedicated to making this space useful for you by providing a curious, empathic and committed presence.
I work in English and German.

I offer long-term and short-term work for adults, usually for weekly sessions.
I prefer working face-to-face but offer online counselling for people who would otherwise be unable to access therapy.
I offer initial consultations to discuss what has led you to therapy. We will also discuss fees and duration.
Fees start from £45 per session, including initial consultations. I keep a limited number of spaces at concessionary rates for people who would otherwise be unable to afford therapy.
Session lengths are maximal 50 min.
I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework.
