I am a BACP accredited counsellor/therapist and clinical supervisor. My background is in psychology and in personal and professional development. I work using an integrative approach drawing on a variety of disciplines including psychodynamic, person centred and solution focused therapy. My aim is simply to provide you with a safe space where we can explore whatever you feel is troubling you and to assist you in finding the solutions that best suit you.

I offer face to face and Skype sessions. I am BUPA recognised, and have experience of facilitating therapeutic groups, presenting educational workshops, and carrying out clinical assessments. I provide both individual supervision and supervisory supervision.
