I am an integrative therapist. That means that I have been trained in several modalities and choose the one to use based on your needs.  I mainly work existentially - that is about exploring your world from your perspective.  I may add some psychodynamic, CBT and mindfulness in, if that is what you would like.

I work with people from all walks of life and with varying concerns or worries. Be it anxiety, stress, depression, relationships or low self-esteem, to name a few.  I also specialise in sleep-related issues such as insomnia or sleep-induced anxieties.  As well as therapy, I offer sleep-training for adults, called CBT-i (more details available on my website www.insomniahealing.com).

Choosing a therapist can be quite daunting. It is hard to sift through all the options. Ultimately, the best therapist for you is the one who you feel most comfortable talking to.  Often we struggle with our thoughts and experiences that can leave us feeling alone with our troubles. When we speak to someone who is open and empathic, we can begin to make sense of our lives so that we can move forward.  This is a journey that we will take together. It is based on confidentiality, non-judgementalism and acceptance.
