About Me

We all know life can get tough at times and we can struggle to see our way through it. Sometimes it helps to talk those experiences or feelings through with someone who can really listen and brings no agenda with them.

There are so many reasons to come to therapy,  difficult times in life, things feeling not quite right, or things from our past affecting us in the here and now. Therapy is a safe, neutral place you can use to explore what is happening for you, and it can support you in deciding how you want to manage it.

My role is to facilitate and support you in your own understanding of or perspective on the difficulties you are experiencing and assist you in making your own choices about what is best for you in each instance. To express how you feel, explore the way you think and manage situationsrelationships and communication patterns or to safely explore any trauma.

Sometimes being able to step away from your usual environment, and the advice and opinions of well-meaning others can help you tap into your own strength, needs and resilience. I am an integrative therapist so I will use differing approaches to help you understand yourself and explore how you feel.  My goal is always to give you warmth, support and respect.
