Will Furner
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
It's never too late to take the first steps towards positive change in your life.
Seeking counselling requires courage, and in doing so you will have already made an important and positive step towards a better emotional future.
Life can be challenging from time to time and we can all experience different feelings and emotions as a result. This might include feelings such as hopelessness, guilt, anger or anxiety. My priority is to support and help you by offering a realistic and effective therapy in a confidential, non-judgemental way.
I understand from my own life experiences, as well as having professionally spent over 15 years working in senior roles including HR, coaching, mentoring and counselling to support large teams of staff with their welfare, that the right support from the right person can help you better understand how you are feeling, and help you learn to cope with challenging situations in a more positive way.
To help you achieve this I believe it is essential to provide you with a supportive, empathetic and, most importantly, safe space where you can talk, be yourself, and develop a more positive mindset in order to achieve better physical and mental wellbeing.
I am a senior member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH) and work as an Integrative Counsellor and Mindfulness coach with both adults and young people. I adapt my skills and look to use a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs to help facilitate a way forward from any difficulties that you are facing.
