Have you noticed that life is not how you expected it to be? Or that happiness does not last for long?
What I noticed in my work is that we, people, do not know how to use our mind. And the mind, when used skillfully, has the potential to maintain happiness and light your way so you can find it easier.
Try a simple experiment: sit comfortably with your hands resting in your lap, palms up. Take a few deep, relaxing breaths. Try and catch the first thought that comes into your mind, just be curious about it.
You will see that your mind will be so puzzled for 'being watched', that there will be a gap in your thinking longer than usual.
To make it simple, this is just an example of how the therapy that I deliver can empower you to take control of your mind, and to live up to your own potential.
You can feel your potential, you know it is there, you just don't know the exact 'location' and how to use it. We can discover this in therapy.
