Welcome, I am Viktoria. I am a qualified counsellor, and my modality is Humanistic Counselling Based on Transactional Analysis however I also offer CBT techniques that can help challenge the negative thought patterns.

 As a counsellor at a GP Surgery, I have helped people overcome various difficulties such as bereavement, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, confidence issues, relationship issues, and divorce. 

I believe that everyone has the ability to change. I offer a non-judgemental environment where clients can feel free to discuss their issues and express their feelings. I am passionate about helping my clients understand their issues that they are experiencing in the present by looking in their past.
