Integrative therapistAbout Me
We are in unchartered territory and much uncertainty with this coronavirus pandemic. There can be lots of anxious thoughts and feelings that you may be experiencing, and to ask for help to understand and navigate them at this time, or indeed at any time, is in itself being resourceful. I offer all my clients, a space, which is safe, non-judgemental, understanding and above all compassionate. I offer online sessions via Zoom.
I take a very integrative approach, combining different streams of various modalities, Hypnotherapy, EFT, Mindset Coaching and Mindfulness to give a really client focussed experience. In my 'everyday' I work with individuals, children and adults alike who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, fear and habits that arise from those. I am all about helping people to understand their thinking, to alter their behaviours, to change their outcomes.
