I practise Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy helping clients work towards their preferred future, rather than focusing on their past problems, through a mix of "talking therapy" and hypnosis. Using hypnotherapy I am able to help with addictions, anxiety, quitting smoking, weight loss and management, fears and phobias, panic attacks, anger management, insomnia and sleep disorders, sexual issues, depression, tinnitus, pain management, low self-esteem and confidence, bruxism, irritable bowl syndrome, public speaking, blushing, stuttering, tics and twitches, work and sports performance, fertility and hypnobirthing as well as a host of other issues.

Initial Consultation FREE Duration approximately 1 hour
The Initial Consultation is an information gathering session enabling the therapist to assess what you want to achieve, how hypnotherapy can help you and how many sessions you are likely to need. It will also help explain how hypnotherapy works and the brain based work associated with it.
All clients are provided with a FREE relaxation CD at the Initial Consultation that forms part of the treatment.
Weekly Sessions £70.00 Duration approximately 1 hour
Smoking Cessation Sessions £175.00 Duration approximately 2-3 hours
Training and qualifications
I trained in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy at the Clifton Practice and received my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) known as the "gold standard" of qualifications within the industry. I also achieved a Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (DHP)
I am a Registered member of National Council for Hypnotherapy, a Registered member of Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists, a Registered member of Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and a Registered member of the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy.
I hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
