About Me

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic I currently offer online video sessions via Zoom or if you'd prefer, phone sessions. If you're unfamiliar with Zoom, it's straightforward to use and we'd always have a phone chat first where I can talk you through this

Whatever it is that's worrying you, talking to me can help by allowing you a respectful, non-judgemental space to talk it through with someone who isn't closely involved, who won't judge you or try and tell you what you should be doing/thinking. I help clients to clarify things, unravel some of the difficult feelings they might be experiencing and help them find a way forward from feeling stuck. Importantly, you are provided with a space where you can experience being accepted for being uniquely you

I have a wealth of experience working with many different issues and am BACP Accredited. I work with several organisational Employee Assist Programmes and am listed with BUPA, AXA PPP Healthcare and AVIVA as an approved therapist

Adoption Support

I am registered and approved by Ofsted (through LINK Barnardos) to work with adults affected by adoption issues, whether they are an adopter themselves or an adult who was adopted as a child and who may be struggling with past or present issues related to this
