I am a BACP registered Integrative Counsellor. Born in Spain, I moved to the UK in 2012, leaving behind the world I knew, learning to live and integrate myself into a new culture. My personal experience of migration and my family history has made me open and empathetic to a wide range of ways of seeing and perceiving the world.

I firmly believe every human being has a limitless capacity to grow, but often it is not easy to find the right path along the life journey and asking for help takes courage. Therapy can be a safe place to share those emotions with the hope of finding a better understanding of ourselves, relieving suffering and healing emotional wounds.

As an Integrative Counsellor, I work with a client-centred approach using a range of therapeutic models tailored to your needs. The therapeutic work might include talking about life events, feelings, emotions, relationships, ways of thinking and behaviour patterns, but there is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ topic to bring to counselling. You may be struggling with current difficulties or unresolved issues from the past. You may have fears for your future – or not even know why you have sought support at this time. Together, we will explore those challenges and difficulties, as well as your hopes for change. I aim to support you in finding new ways of looking at your concerns and life experiences, expressing your emotions and identifying unwanted patterns and behaviours with curiosity and openness, looking at the conscious and the unconscious.

I am experienced working in a variety of settings providing therapy to the NHS Psychological Service (IAPT), as well as in different Community Counselling Services across London -Mind City & Hackney, Mind in Enfield and CPPD Low-Cost Counselling Service - with a particular interest in affirmative work with the LGBTQ+ community - Rainbow Mind and London Friend -regarding issues such as gender, sexuality, diversity, and relationships (GSDR)
