I offer a safe confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Being listened to by someone empathic and non-judgemental is a powerful way for you to make sense of what is going on for you. The relationship between us in the therapy room will be integral to the work we do together in understanding your frame of reference. Sometimes this brings to the surface patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving which no longer serve you and you may want to look at what you would like to change. Together we can focus on your wants and needs and what you hope to achieve in therapy with me.

I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and the founder and owner of Inner World Therapy covering Oxted and Sevenoaks.  I am trained in Transactional Analysis, a theory of personality and communication, but I work integratively drawing on other models and theories to meet individual needs.  I work individually with clients on a short, medium or long-term basis and the length of therapy is worked out together depending on the help needed.
