Tara Bucknall Psychoanalytic psychotherapist , ME14
Psychotherapy works. Psychotherapy offers you a unique opportunity to talk about what is holding you back from living your most fulfilling life. I can help you explore your thoughts, feelings and difficulties in complete privacy. I provide a safe space in which I will support you to transform your life, making changes to your mood, wellbeing and relationships. You may be seeking a solution to a particular problem. You may be hoping for relief from distressing thoughts, memories or symptoms. You may just want to talk to someone.
I am an experienced Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, having worked in NHS mental health services for 8 years as a Senior Psychotherapist, and completing 6 years of psychotherapy training at the University of Kent. I will not only give you strategies on how to manage your problems, I can help you understand the underlying reasons for your issues so that they do not continue in the future.
I provide private and confidential one-to-one psychotherapy and counselling sessions either face-to-face or online. So you can explore whatever is troubling you in my consulting room in Kent, or from the comfort of your own home. I can offer daytime and evening appointments in Maidstone or Medway. Each session is 50 minutes long.
