Tanya Knott
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
I provide a warm, non-judgemental, confidential space in which you can safely express your feelings and any troubles you may face, including depression, anxiety, loss, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and other issues.
I believe that we are all unique and draw on various counselling approaches to find the one that suits each client.
Having experienced the benefits of counselling personally, I aim to provide a safe place for others to experience the same benefits through the counselling relationship, which can help people discover solutions to their issues.
The counselling process is a journey I commit to with each client along their journey until they are ready to go it alone. I offer short and long-term therapy.
