I’m an integrative counsellor providing on line counselling as well as face to face.
Offering guidance to individuals, couples, families, who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health, I use a well-being approach to work holistically, using a “wellness” model (as opposed to an “illness” one) which highlights and encourages client’s strengths.
