I am an experienced accredited psychotherapist and counsellorand and have worked within the NHS and privately for 20 years. The room I will see you in is comfortable and private and on the ground floor although, there is a step up to the front door so not good for wheelchairs. Whether you are experiencing a crisis or wanting to explore unresolved issues or to live a more fulfilling life I am here to explore and give guidance and support so you can move forward to a more satisfying life. Clients come to see me with a wide variety of concerns from work issues to stress, anxiety, depression, family problems, poor health, low self esteem, relationships, sexuality and many other issues. I am able to see people short term for just a few sessions to long term which may take a year or more.
