About Me

I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy based in Epsom. As a person centred existential counsellor I work in such a way as to ensure you feel in control of your own therapy at all times. I will listen to what you would like to achieve from our time together and will be led by you, exploring what you feel to be most relevant in every session. Our work together will be totally unique to you with therapy focused on meeting your needs, exploring and working towards the goals you wish to pursue, in a safe, empathic and confidential environment. Please contact me on 07877 012137
Areas of work include self-worth and confidence issues, trauma, stress, generalised anxiety, domestic and sexual abuse, relationship difficulties, redundancy, work and family problems, rejection and abandonment related issues. I specialise in body and self Image related issues. I am also a member of the Federation of Image Professionals Int.
Seeking help for personal issues or concerns can feel daunting. So please feel free to call/email me in the first instance to discuss your needs in a safe empathic environment. All contact is confidential with no obligation to proceed with any therapy. I will always work at your pace and be guided by you and your needs throughout our time together.
