Sometimes, whatever your age, it is hard to talk to friends or family about what you are going through and how it makes you feel. Advice given, though often well meant, can be confusing, perhaps coming from people who are too close and trying to 'fix' things. Counselling can give you a different perspective and a better understanding of where you are now, how you got there and what positive changes you can make for the future. We work together in a safe and confidential way, using common sense and clarifying confusion.

I work with bereavement and loss, supporting people on this journey towards acceptance and peace of mind. I also work with young people, offering a non judgmental space for them to explore their difficulties with friendships and/or family relationships.
