About Me

Reading this profile you are presumably seeking support with an issue you have been singularly pondering for a while. Psychotherapy provides a space where exploring your issue can begin and together we can break down what you are experiencing and its effect on your life.

Ultimately, the intention of being in a room talking and figuring things out is to find your sense of meaning. The impetus behind talking will begin to provide relief, contentedness, and belief in your life purpose through the unpacking of the things that are taking up too much headspace. Life is so much more than feeling depressed, anxious, and or wanting to reach for a drink to change it. I know you are aware of that which is why you are reading this. Inside you know that your life has meaning and potential and you suspect you have more to give than you are.

Life is not perfect, it never will be. By removing the stuff that is blocking you and stifling your hope you will see there is a lot to have gratitude for. Therapy provides a regular space and time in which to focus on your mental and emotional wellbeing which will benefit you and those around you.

I hope we meet soon
