I have over 30 years of experience in working therapeutically with people from all walks of life.
I provide a safe space where together we can explore the problems you are currently grappling with, building up an understanding and awareness of how certain behaviours and thought patterns were formed and exploring a way forward in how to bring change about if that is what is needed and wanted.
I am particularly interested in relational issues, within Couples as well as Individuals and their ways of relating to friends, people at work or within their extended family.

Fees
My fees are currently £90 and revised from time to time. I 'm happy to speak with you on the phone first before an actual consultation-session.
My rates for Couples differ and depend on the time frame needed. Please enquire.
I have a couple of lower rate sessions available at times, please feel free to enquire about availability.
Training and qualifications
I originally trained in a body-based psychodynamic Training in the late 80-ies and added a Group Training and a Supervisor's Training later on.
In 2003 I took up a psychodynamic couple-work Training. I now work with Individuals on a one-to-one basis, with Couples and with Supervisees.
I have throughout my clinical years always kept informed about developments in the vast field of psychotherapy and regularly attend Conferences and workshops and further training courses.
