Hello. As you are reading this you have taken the first step towards making a change in your life. There are times for all of us when we experience difficulties in our lives; sometimes we need to talk to someone who is specially trained. Our relationship will be different from any other you may have experienced; with a counsellor nothing is at risk. I believe choosing a counsellor suited to you is essential; for me the relationship between client and therapist is what is most important. I offer an initial 30 minute session, which enables you to meet me, discuss your needs and have a short no obligation experience of a session. If we decide to continue we will agree upon a day and a time, which works for you each week.
