I specialise in helping people with anxiety, bereavement and trauma/abuse. I used to be an NHS Paramedic, and have had a wide variety of life experiences which help me as a counsellor. I am also a Registered BWRT practitioner. BWRT is an amazingly effective therapy which can have rapid results - often in just one or two sessions; also the client does not need to disclose the problem they want help with.

I have a degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and am a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I am a Registered BWRT practitioner
I observe to the BACP Ethical Framework. I have also completed the Bereavement Counselling Service training (complex grief) and continue to volunteer for them.  I offer video counselling using Zoom. Importantly, I am fully trained and experienced in providing online therapy, which includes telephone counselling.
