Art therapy sessions offered are very flexible where you decide the amount of time spent on talking and art making. Art making can be an inherently enjoyable process,  and can enable you to reflect on your thought and emotions. (It is not necessary to have any prior skill or experience as an artist.) Sessions can enable you to better understand and make sense of your situation;  focusing on your strengths as well as issues brought to the sessions.
