About Me

Hello

Are you struggling to stay calm? Finding it hard to deal with a significant event?

Or do you feel overwhelmed or stuck?

You want to change something but are not sure what or how you’ll go about it.

We could look at the issues together and I will help you find your way through.

I am a fully qualified, person-centred counsellor. I am a member of the BACP, the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Along with a Person-centred approach, I use elements of transactional analysis, mindfulness and helpful solution focused strategies to support clients through their difficulties.

I have supported people with many different issues or worries. These include but are not limited to anxiety, bereavement, OCD, depression, workplace stress, relationship issues, borderline personality disorder, anger, low-self-esteem, addiction, sexual trauma and self-harm.

I can offer you the time and space to discuss anything you wish in confidentiality.

Working together you can gain better understanding of yourself and your relationships.

This self-awareness will allow you to open more doors, make the right changes for you and improve your overall wellbeing.

I can guarantee warmth and honesty, I will treat you as a human and not a subject to be studied or analysed. I believe that people can all learn new things together and grow to be our best selves.

It will be important for me to listen and hear exactly how experiences are from your perspective, though this I can help you find the ways and means to be empowered and support yourself.

It is deeply important for me that a person feels safe and heard, I believe through counselling you can find a new sense of enthusiasm and direction in life. I also believe that you, are best placed to decide your own path and lead your journey through therapy.

I work in private practice online and in person. I am trained in the Rewind technique for PTSD and trauma.

I support adults from the age of 18 from all backgrounds, cultures and identities.

If you feel that you need help and support and would like to speak with me, please get in touch for a no obligation chat or to arrange an appointment.

Thanks

Stefan
