I am a qualified integrative, culturally sensitive counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults.I am bilingual ( French native) and can provide therapy for the French speaking community.
My aim is to guide you through the complexities you encounter in life, to help you clarify your wants, needs and what is missing in order to find your inner peace and live the life you want.Whether you may feel stuck, don't know how to cope with a situation,I will collaborate with you to explore unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviour, overcome emotional issues and coming to terms with difficult or painful experiences.I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental support in a safe environment.
I specialise in Anxiety, Stress, depression, low self esteem and cross cultural issues(culture shock and isolation, ethnic minorities, cultural identity).I believe each person is unique therefore i draw on a range of therapeutic techniques to best fit your individual needs such as person centred approach, culturally sensitive Therapy, psychodynamic and CBT/ REBT( Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy).
