A little bit about me
Hello, my name is Sophie and I'm a cognitive hypnotherapist, coach and the founder of The Inner, a mind health and wellbeing practice based in Ealing and Covent Garden in London
If you're looking to make a positive and change to your life you've landed on the right page. I work with a range of people to help them to live their best life by guiding them to connect with their unconscious, so they can free themselves from patterns of behaviour that may be holding them back. I believe that the unconscious is our inner power and the key to eliciting change.
I can help with things that may be affecting get the way you think and feel about things in your life, from stress and anxiety to negative behaviour and habits including issues related to confidence and low self-esteem. You'll be surprised about the different things I could help with.
I only work with a handful of clients at any one time, and before I agree to work with you we will have an exploratory conversation to see whether I am the right person to coach and support you. My goal is to ensure that you progress, and I only work with clients if I feel confident that I can help elicit positive and lasting change.
Only after we’ve spoken will I send you details to my online calendar where you can schedule appointments.
In addition to individual sessions, I also run hypnobirthing workshops to help provide mothers and their partners with the tools and techniques to creative a positive and calm experience, from pregnancy to birth and beyond.
For more information about me visit www.the-inner.com where you can book a free telephone consultation, and find a list of FAQs including details for how I work.
Training and qualifications
I trained at the world renowned Quest Institute, Regent's University and hold a Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP Practitioner diploma awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).
I am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy (NCH), Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Professional Association (QCHPA) and bound by their code of ethics. I also have MHFA certification.
Because I work from multiple London locations to make things fair pricing varies depends on where I see you and whether you’re an individual or group. I charge a flat rate for all sessions.
For clients who prefer to commit to working together for a more sustained period, we can look at creating a bespoke programme. These can vary from one month to six months - the length is totally dictated by you, and the investment is dependent on the level of support needed.
I believe we should all view our mind health and wellbeing as an investment and not an expense. The cost of each sessions includes time outside of the therapy room to develop a tailored programme, supporting personalised audio recordings, materials and ad hoc support in between sessions
NB. In accordance with social distancing measures I am currently only conducting sessions online.
