My name is Sophia and I am a CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) practitioner, qualified hypnotherapist, and a psychotherapeutic counsellor and I would like to introduce myself in just a few lines below the reasons as to how I believe that I can bring significant benefit to my clients.
