Sol MatossianIntegrative psychotherapist
I am a certified Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Counsellor and have trained in both English and Spanish.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I am able to offer a variety of therapies that allow me to tailor my sessions to every client’s needs.
We can work together to establish a solid foundation through an honest, respectful and trustworthy therapeutic relationship. I will offer you a safe and confidential space that will allow you to feel, express and process the feelings and difficulties you may be facing. Our sessions will help you develop improved coping strategies to manage your problems more effectively.
I am very focused on the here-and-now and give a lot of attention to your present difficulties and how they may relate to the past. My experience with different therapeutic approaches (Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other therapies) grant me the advantage to provide a more suitable and tailored approach to all of my clients.
