Life is a journey that can be challenging and overwhelming. Sometimes presenting you with unexpected difficult experiences that require you to talk to someone outside of yourself, friends, and family. Acknowledging you need help and getting the right counsellor is half the battle won. I will support you to express and explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment. Depression, anxiety, uncertainty, fear, trauma, bereavement, and abuse can leave you feeling helpless and alone. That is when you need to talk to a counsellor and feel understood.
My warm, calm, and compassionate listening and therapeutic skills will help you gain greater self-awareness and freedom from emotional baggage, leading to emotional wellbeing, As an integrative counsellor, I am committed to finding an approach that best suits you. I have 18 years of working and supporting children, young people, couples, and individuals.
As a former teacher, I have enjoyed working in schools and colleges empowering students to regain their self-worth and enjoy life. Your emotional well being is my passion.
