About Me

Right now you may feel desperate, lost, empty, stressed, anxious or fed up. Whatever difficulty has prompted you to seek Counselling does not define who are you are and the journey you want to take in life. Together we will explore your feelings of being stuck, alone or in darkness as you strengthen your own resources to create greater wellbeing, resilience and satisfaction. No person is the same or brings identical experiences but frequent issues I work with include depression, anxiety, loss & bereavement, trauma, suicidal thoughts, work or school stress and relationship tensions. I work with clients aged 13+ and with Couples.

My special areas of interest are LGBTQ issues, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and Chronic pain/illness. Sessions take place Online via Video, Live Chat or Email.

I offer an inclusive practice that is respectful of your identity, culture, beliefs and personal choices. I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative, Sex positive, Chemsex aware and Sex worker aware therapist and I consistently strive to help clients understand and accept their own unique and individual place in the world. Sessions can be booked online at www.simoneayerscounselling.com

I look forward to working with you. Simone
