About me

I offer long-term, weekly psychoanalytic psychotherapy for adults navigating deep emotional pain, complex trauma, and relational struggles. My work is for those who are high-functioning on the outside, but internally tired — overwhelmed by anxiety, emptiness, people-pleasing, or repeating the same painful patterns in relationships. Perhaps you’ve been in therapy before but felt it only scratched the surface. In my practice, we go to the root. I work slowly and deeply, helping you understand the unconscious patterns that formed early in life — often around difficult attachment, emotional neglect, or survival strategies you no longer need. Together we make sense of your internal world and create space for a more authentic, grounded self to emerge. This is not short-term work. The therapy I offer is a steady, respectful process of inner transformation. Most of my clients stay with me for several years. The change happens not through techniques, but through a meaningful relationship that holds your full truth — even the parts you’ve hidden from yourself. I’m trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy and attachment, with over a decade of experience working with trauma, narcissistic relationships, dysfunctional coping mechanisms, and relational breakdown. I work entirely online and offer one to four sessions per week, depending on what’s needed. Fee: £90 per 50-minute session. Weekly commitment required. If this sounds like the kind of space you’ve been needing, I offer a free 20-minute consultation to explore if we’re the right fit. Training and qualifications

I am a member of the Association for Group and Individual Psychotherapy AGIP in North London. Besides my training as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist, my clinical training also includes a BSc in Forensic Psychology and extensive experience of working in female and male prisons across the UK. I’ve also worked within The Awareness Centre’s low-cost service in Clapham South offering long-term therapy and have been employed to offer shorter-term counselling with NHS patients at a GP surgery in Kennington. Now, I work as a Telephone Counsellor for an Employee Assistance Program EAP organisation as well as supporting private clients by offering private Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy to young people and adults who can benefit from this form of therapy.
