I am a qualified psychotherapist and an experienced mental health practitioner, having previously worked for many years as a mental health nurse in the NHS.
As a psychotherapist in private practice I have been able to help people explore, manage and overcome a wide range of personal and emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self esteem, relationship problems and work stress.
I trained with the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I have an MA and Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. I am registered with UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
