Person-centred/humanistic therapistAbout Me
Are you looking for someone who can really listen, and help you feel calmer and happier if you are feeling depressed, anxious or stressed out?
WHAT CAN I HELP YOU WITH?
- Are you feeling depressed and finding it hard to enjoy life?
- Are you a people pleaser and always put others first?
- Do you feel you are never good enough or have you lost your self worth?
- Is anxiety making it hard to get on with your life?
- Are you always worried about making a mistake and overwhelmed with perfectionism or imposter syndrome?
ABOUT ME
I started my own therapy as I was fed up feeling depressed and not good enough, I wanted something to change. Sitting with a therapist who I learned to trust and who really listened with empathy and compassion was so powerful for me. I was able to un-become some of the things I thought about myself and realise I was actually OK.
"My drive to become a therapist has always been to give my clients the amazing and life changing experience I had in my own therapy." (Sarah Rodin)
I have personal/professional experience of late diagnosis/self diagnosis of ADHD and can help you process this.
I have a particular interest in working with daughters of narcissistic/ emotionally absent mothers and the long term impact of childhood emotional neglect on depression and self esteem.
