I will make you feel comfortable within a safe & confidential space, to speak about your struggles, to feel comfortable in addressing your issues, comfortable in talking about your feelings and emotions. I will create an environment that with enable you to focus on just you, to explore in depth & to gain clarity, to rediscover yourself, to recognise where things may have gone wrong, and explore ways in which you can move forward. Easier said than done, but you've got to start somewhere!
I am a Qualified Person Centred Counsellor, with experience in dealing with the effects of; Work related stress, Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Cultural issues, Self-Esteem issues, Lack of Motivation, Relationship Breakdown, Anger, Stress etc., and working with clients to assist them back into a work environment.
