Samina Baig Integrative psychotherapist , N7

I can support you to learn about yourself and explore the difficulties that are preventing you from living the life you want.  Therapy and counselling can be a positive force for change, especially if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, divorce/separation, bereavement or work-related stress. I offer a down-to-earth and empathic working relationship as we look at your issues together in a confidential atmosphere. During our initial consultation we can discuss what you would like to focus on.

There may be a specific concern or change you are facing that you would like some help with through short-term counselling, or you may want to work over a longer period to tackle deeper-rooted difficulties. Working with a range of therapeutic techniques and creative tools, I encourage clients to develop their self-awareness and challenge behaviours that no longer work for them or their relationships.

I welcome clients from any background and have worked successfully on the following issues: depression; anxiety; low self-esteem; relationship breakdown and separation; sexuality; identity and belonging; emotional and sexual abuse; managing and breaking habits and addictions; learning to be more adult; unresolved grief; unblocking creativity; and self-motivation.
