I have been in private practice for over twenty years as a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist with a Postgraduate Diploma from The Institute of Psychosynthesis, London.  I am a registered Member with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists BACP

My practice room is in Whetstone/Totteridge (Barnet) London.

The therapeutic work can be long-term or short-term, meeting once or twice weekly.

Throughout the course of the therapy I will help you to understand more fully what is troubling you, and how to manage and lessen the impact.  Together we will work to bring about the change you desire in your life. You may come to therapy not knowing how to access particular feelings, how to speak and process certain experiences, and yet have an underlying feeling that something isn't right. There is sometimes deep tragedy and wounding. In each case the therapy can help you to move through the difficult experiences and really help you to make a difference in your life.
