I am an integrative counsellor able to work with adults and young people on a short, and long term basis. I provide a safe and supportive environment, for you to talk through the concerns that are stopping you from leading a happier life.
As an integrative counsellor I make use of a number of counselling approaches, depending on a clients presenting issue. I have worked with a range of clients, dealing with issues from anxiety and depression to grief and relationship problems (and many things in between). I also offer counselling to young people (age 13 +) and have counselled in school and college settings. I feel the earlier issues are faced the less impact they may have in later life.
