Hypnotherapy helps to calm the mind and support you through any challenges you might be facing. I use a powerful combination of talking therapy and hypnosis. Hypnosis is used to induce you into a relaxed trance state so that the ideas and solutions discussed can then be explored and utilised by the brain for positive outcome. Hypnotherapy allows clients to make changes in a relatively short period of time. I work with clients in a solution focused capacity using mindfulness and problem solving strategies. Hypnotherapy can have a powerful impact on our minds, enabling behavioural changes. Through the use of hypnosis it allows clients to enter into an inner state of focused attention where any resistance can be removed and change can be created on a deep and formative level, change that lasts!
