About me
Welcome! I’m a BACP-registered mental health counsellor in training who offers both long-term and short-term therapy. I provide a safe and supportive space for your healing and growth. Hi, I’m Rosa. I’m a BACP-registered counsellor in training offering a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can be truly heard and supported. Whether you're feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or facing life transitions such as grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, family connection issues and maintaining sobriety from various addiction processes, whether it's substance or behavioural —for both women and men—I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach is warm, grounded, and holistic. I draw from a wide range of tools including psychosynthesis counselling, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and plant medicine integration, shaped by both my training and my own multicultural life journey across Indonesia, Japan, China and now the UK. We’ll work together at your pace, exploring what’s going on and creating space for healing and change. Whether you want to understand your past, shift patterns that no longer serve you, or reconnect with purpose and meaning, therapy can help. I work both online and in-person in London and Brighton. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be honoured to support you. I am committed to upholding the ethical guidelines by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring a professional, confidential, and compassionate space for all my clients.

Training and qualifications
I practice psychosynthesis therapy, an integrative approach that combines elements of Jungian psychology, family constellations, and psychoanalysis. My aim is to help clients build a bridge between their past experiences and the life they wish to create while staying present with their current situation. Psychosynthesis, created by Roberto Assagioli, is frequently referred to as the “psychology of the soul.” It provides a pathway for personal and spiritual growth by embracing life’s challenges while discovering deeper meaning, creativity, and purpose. In our work together, I help synthesize both difficulties and potential, allowing you to gain greater self-awareness, acceptance, and transformation at both a personal and holistic level. I support clients dealing with: – Abuse – Addiction – Anxiety – Cultural identity and transitions – Depression – Family and relationship issues – Grief and loss – Self-confidence and self-esteem – Stress and trauma … and many other emotional and psychological challenges.
