Roksana Paciepnik
Transactional analysis psychotherapistAbout Me
I work flexibly and creatively in a soulful and companionate way, emphasising a spirit of mutuality, where the relationship between you as a client and me as a psychotherapist is at the heart of the work. I believe that the mind is so powerful that it can keep us trapped in unhealthy patterns that affect our relationships and how we view ourselves and others.
I offer a non-judgemental, secure and respectful environment to explore and understand what is happening to you and why. I deeply believe that every person is unique, with different strengths and struggles and needs to feel safe enough to speak and listen from a heartfelt place.
I have expertise in supporting Executives and others who have quite an isolated life − at work or home. I also have a wide range of experience working with men and promoting growth and self-understanding through sport and fitness. I also have the privilege of working and disabilities and supporting the neurodiverse community, mainly those with Autism, Asperger’s and Dyslexia.
