You may look OK on the outside, but inside you are suffering. You have had expectations and judgements throughout your life, and up until now, you have survived but something has changed, and its hard to continue as you have done, supressing your true feelings. What worked before  now does not, and your feelings may have become difficult to cope with. Feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, resentment, guilt or shame.
