Rebecca Firth
Person-centred/humanistic counsellorAbout Me
Hi, my name is Becky and I am a qualified counsellor. I am a registered accredited member of the National Counselling Society.
I am a very friendly and trustworthy individual and I have experience working with individuals from every walk of life. The sessions I offer are a safe space for an individual to explore their thoughts and feelings and through this process the client has the freedom and space to decide how best they wish to move forward.
I decided to train as a counsellor many years ago. Around 10 years ago I was diagnosed with severe depression and anxiety. Through these difficult times I managed to gain the strength to seek assistance and with the support I received I managed to address my demons and improve my well-being, self-worth and overall confidence. I will not pretend this process was easy, however I am immensely grateful for the support I received and this really encouraged me to help support others in a similar way. I understand how difficult and daunting requesting support can be, but together I believe I can support you through your process.
