Rashmi Tasker
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
Hello, I'm Rashmi and I'm a BACP registered counsellor offering a warm, confidential, non-judgemental space to explore your feelings. I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues including, anxiety, depression, loss, stress, abuse, relationship issues, self-acceptance and work related problems.
In addition to my private work, I work with bereaved clients in a hospice and NHS patients in a GP Surgery.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw upon different approaches, including psychodynamic and person-centred tailored to suit you. If appropriate, you may find it helpful using CBT techniques to make positive changes to your life. Every client is unique, therefore our work together is attuned to your needs.
During our first consultation, we will talk about what brings you to counselling and how you would feel working with me. Counselling is a collaborative process and our first meeting is the building block for you to feel safe, heard and understood. I believe a good therapeutic relationship is central to successful therapy.
I work with adults of all ages. It is your choice whether to work long-term or short-term.
I am within easy reach of the following post codes; SW11, SW4, SW12, SW17, SW18, SW19.
Please feel free to call or email me for a confidential, no obligation chat about your needs and discuss any questions you may have.
