Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
Do you ever struggle with the challenges of life? Perhaps you’re experiencing relationship difficulties, with your partner, a family member or a friend. You may be facing uncertainty, not knowing what the future holds for you. It might be you are trying to come to terms with a health diagnosis, your own or that of someone close to you, or grieving for the loss of someone you loved. Maybe your role or team has changed at work creating a ripple effect in responsibilities and also in relationships.
How counselling therapy can help
It can be very beneficial talking to a counsellor or therapist, someone who listens to you without judging, who can help you express your feelings and discover your own answers.
A highly experienced and qualified psychotherapist, I am based at London Bridge SE1 near Borough (close to the City of London), and offer individual therapy for adults.
I offer a safe, confidential environment where you can explore at your own pace whatever is troubling you. My approach to counselling therapy is warm and welcoming, supportive and professional. I provide a space where you can talk, reflect and gain insights that can have a real, positive impact on your life.
Over the years I have worked with many clients on diverse issues such as:
- Anxiety and depression, and loss of confidence
- Loss and bereavement, and traumatic experiences
- Relationship, marriage difficulties (intimacy, infidelity, jealousy)
- Living with illness or disability (yours or someone you love)
- Work-related stress (fast pace of change, loss of a job & source of identity)
Depending on your needs and priorities, the work we do together can be short-term; or you can choose to continue for longer, with ongoing sessions for deeper exploration and continued support.
